Try-ons Wellington (30 Minutes)

PLEASE READ INFORMATION BELOW

Our try-on appointments are designed to help you find the perfect look for your special event in a relaxed and personalised setting. During your appointment, we’ll also be there to help suggest styles, sizing, and options best suited to your event and preferences.

BOOKING INFO

• If no times are showing, all current appointments are fully booked.
• Follow our Instagram for updates on new releases and cancellations.

TRY-ON DETAILS

• Location: Hataitai, Wellington
  (Address provided in confirmation email, please check junk/ spam folder)
• Duration: 30 minute appointment
• Cost: $30 booking fee
  Redeemable on a rental booking made within 24 hours of your try-on appointment. Following your appointment, you will receive a unique discount code via email. Please note this code is valid for 24 hours only from the time of your appointment.
• Guests: You may bring 1 guest with you.
• Limit: You can try on up to 6 garments per appointment. Please send us a DM on Instagram with your top 6 dress choices before your appointment so we can have them ready for you, subject to availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Please arrive on time as appointments run back-to-back.

• As a rental business, garments out on hire may not be available during your appointment. We cannot hold or guarantee specific styles for try-ons.

• If there is a particular garment you’d like to try, please contact us prior to booking and we will do our best to advise availability.

• Rental bookings always take priority over try-ons.

• We do not offer postal try-ons.

TRY-ON GUIDELINES

To help us keep our garments in beautiful condition for all customers:

• No fake tan or makeup permitted during try-ons.
• No bags inside the changing area.
• Please handle garments with care and keep them off the floor.
• Any damage, marks, or excessive cleaning required may incur additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• No refunds are provided for no-shows.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund.
• Try-on fees cannot be redeemed retroactively once an order has already been placed.

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Some delicate or dry-clean-only garments may not be available for try-ons to maintain garment quality. (This includes our Natalie Rolt silk garments)
• One appointment per person/event please, as spaces are limited.
