Welcome to our Hall Ball Bestie Try-On Experience!

Designed exclusively for Hall Ball residents, this experience is all about making dress shopping something you can enjoy together.

Bring your bestie along and spend 45 minutes trying on dresses, receiving styling advice, and finding the perfect look for your Hall Ball.

HALL BALL BESTIE EXPERIENCE

Location: Hataitai, Wellington

(Address will be provided in your confirmation email.)

Duration: 45 minutes

Price: $60 per appointment (for 2 people)

Who’s included?

This appointment is for 2 people.

Garments:

Each person may try on up to 6 dresses (12 dresses total).

Please DM us on Instagram after you booked your appointment with:

• Your Hall Ball name
• Both of your names
• Your top 6 dress choices each

We’ll have them ready for you where possible (subject to availability).

 

PLEASE NOTE

Appointments are exclusive to Hall Ball residents.

As a rental business, some garments may be out on hire during your appointment. While we can’t guarantee specific dresses will be available, we’ll always have plenty of beautiful options for you to try.

Rental bookings take priority over try-ons.

We do not offer postal try-ons.

 

TRY-ON GUIDELINES

To help us keep our garments in beautiful condition for everyone:

• No fake tan or makeup during your appointment.

• No bags inside the changing area.

• Please handle garments with care and keep them off the floor.

• Any damage, marks or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges.

 

CANCELLATIONS

• No refunds for no-shows.

• Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

 

A FEW EXTRA THINGS

• Some delicate garments (including our Natalie Rolt silk collection) are unavailable for try-ons.

• Due to limited availability, we ask that you book one Hall Ball Bestie appointment per Hall Ball event.
